1. Reservation Confirmation:
All reservations are confirmed upon valid booking and, if applicable, deposit or full payment. A confirmation will be sent to your email.
2. Payment Policy:

The reservation offers a non-refundable rate with prepayment. Please contact hotel reservation if you wish to pay upon check in date.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash payments and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations 5 Days or More Prior to Check-in:

Full refund for cancellations made five (5) full days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date.

Check-in is considered to begin at 2:00 PM local hotel time. For example, a check-in on the 10th requires cancellation by the 5th at 2:00 PM.

Cancellations Less Than 5 Days Prior to Check-in:

Full charge for the entire reservation amount for cancellations made less than five (5) full days prior to check-in. No refund will be issued.

This policy also applies to "no-shows."

4. Modifications & Early Departures:
Modifications are subject to availability and may alter rates. The original cancellation policy applies if a modification leads to cancellation. Early departures will be fully charged for the entire reserved stay; no refunds will be issued.
5. Refunds:
Applicable refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
